Meet Our Attorneys

Mr. Dave Crutchfield of Crutchfield Law Office has been practicing law for more than 30 years providing legal services to Miami, OK and the surrounding Northeast Oklahoma area. He is a certified civil and family law mediator.

- David L. Crutchfield has served families and businesses across Oklahoma for over thirty-four years.  During his career, Dave has represented a diverse array of governmental clients, ranging from national agencies like the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to local entities such as the Grand Lake Public Works Authority and the Seneca-Cayuga Nation.  Dave’s experience in the business world is equally diverse.  He previously served as general counsel to Professional Investors Insurance Group, a publicly traded insurance holding company and was formerly CEO of Compressed Natural Gas Corp.  Mr. Crutchfield has considerable expertise in business and commercial law as well as family and domestic litigation.    

- Ms. Terra S. Ernst was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in September 2012. She had been a legal assistant/paralegal for 15 years working for various law firms in Missouri and Kansas before going to law school. While in law school, Ms. Ernst participated in the Native American Wills Clinic and the Native American Externship where she prepared petitions for divorce and pleadings in cases for district court and CFR courts.
